Selected Topics in Australian-United States Comparative Law (LAWS4257) is a course jointly taught by academics from ANU and the University of Alabama Law School. Students are encouraged to think creatively about how to communicate their research findings to non-legal audiences through non-traditional assessment formats. In this video, Georgie explains the inspiration for her assessment: an essay examining the architecture of the US Supreme Court and the Australian High Court.
