The Hon Justice Katrina Banks-Smith invites applications from interested and suitably qualified persons for the position of her Associate at the Federal Court of Australia, Western Australia Registry (Perth) commencing on 10 January 2022.

Associates are employed as part of the Judge's personal chambers staff. Duties include administrative and in-court support for the Judge and communicating with solicitors, counsel and litigants, and may also include legal research and proofing judgments. The level of remuneration is that of a Federal Court Staff level 5, on a non-ongoing, contract basis.
